I'm feeling accomplished

Today I created a complete 7 day meal plan. I included each day breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack. I spent all day shopping and cooking. I pre made breakfast burrito and egg muffin. I made the eggs in the oven with a muffin pan and they just need to be microwaved and the muffin toasted. I made protein balls and chicken salad. I will not eat one single thing outside this week and I will not skip meals. I'm prepared!!! No excuses. I plan on trying this every week to se the results.
