Close to 60 but ready to get fit

Just starting on this journey with Fitness Pal. Wondering if anyone else in my age group has found success with this program. Please share your experience...

    I can attest to the success of this program. Keep it simple. Don't try to lose too quickly. Stick to your calorie allotment. Don't beat yourself up for the days that you eat over....these days are learning experiences and won't stall your progress much or at all. Use this site for support. Eat back your exercise calories (at least half of them). Don't cut out any foods that you aren't prepared to live without for the rest of your life...learn to fit all foods into your new lifestyle.
