Hello.
So I could use some help, I've been only doing this for 6 days so I should probably have more patience but still, I eat under 1370 calories & I exercise everyday and I have a active job. But the problem is that I gained weight, 4,4 lbs. so, could use some advice, should I do something different etc ?

Is the exercise that you're doing (not job-related activity) new to you? Sometimes you retain some water after starting a new exercise routine.

Other than that....are you measuring/weighing all your food, or just guesstimating?

Are you measuring and logging all your foods honestly, and picking accurate entries in the mfp database?
Did you recently start a new exercise program?

    It's only been a week!

All of what the others have said...plus, have you started your period this week?

Water weight. It could be from starting exercise, excess sodium intake, where you are in your cycle, or other factors. As you said, you need to have some patience. You'll always see ups and downs.

The only other thing i would mention is that if you are inputting exercise, mfp overestimates calories burned, so if you eat those back, only eat back half.

Almost everyone gains weight at first.

Another vote for the exercise here, if you're not used to the exercise, the muscles you're using may be retaining water to assist with repair.

A week is nothing! Give it time. And listen to the advice already stated in this thread.

    Hey guys!
First of all, thank you so much for taking time to reply me :)
To be honest I don't weigh my food but I do measure it, & and always write what I eat so I don't cheat. & I drink lots of water, at least try to drink 2 liters everyday. How ever the exercise isn't new, I've always done that. And that's btw cardio so I don't lift heavy stuff or build muscles.
But I will try to make some changes based on what you guys have written and try to have some patience & again. Thank you :)

You won't build muscles as a girl in a deficit. If you TRIED, and lifted heavy, you might gain 3-5 lbs of muscles in a YEAR.

Also, you need to weigh solids, measuring anything but liquids is extremely inaccurate. A good scale that will weigh both ounces and grams can be had at discount stores or online for less than $15. Best investment ever :)

    Good luck

Definitely start weighing your foods. It'll be an eye opener.
