I'm looking for a friend to keep each other on track by simply exercising a minimum of 30 minutes EVERYDAY!!

I have had a hard time getting demotivated after falling off the wagon and getting hit and dragged by it. I can commit to 30 minutes a day.

I try to get an hour of exercise 3-4 times per week, which averages to 30 minutes per day.0

I'm game. I can commit to 30 minutes a day. I wanted to try to make it to an hour 3-4 days a week, but you have to start somewhere.0

I find it much easier to do 30-40 min exercise each day compared to finding the time/energy for a 90 min workout 3-4 times per week. Some of my workouts are a really tough 30 min and others might be a much more relaxed 50-60 min walk with my dog, but I do a little bit every day.0
