Protein Add-Ins for smoothies! (list per grams!)

Personally, I like to have protein shakes after a heavy workout and am always looking for extras to put in any one of them (or other items, for that matter). If you are looking for some good ideas, this list, which is about two-thirds of the way down the page, consists of add-ins with 2-5 grams of protein, 6-9 grams of protein and 10-plus grams of protein. Take a look and see if anything interests you for your next smoothie or cooking/baking endeavor!!

P.S. Of course there are also some great smoothie recipes on the site as well. If you can or want to fit any of them in to your day or nutritional plan, there are good ideas there!
