Self Magazine Calories burned calculator

Does anyone use this to calculate calories burned per exercise ..... I just found it and was trying it out --

    I put in some activities that I had other input on and was pretty sure I had reasonable estimates for. The calculator seemed accurate and even a little conservative (which is good IMO).

    I like it because it lets you enter gender and height. So far it's served me well since I have been able to consistently lose.

    That is a good one. I like that format a lot; gives you all the answers based on time or calories computing the other. It's interesting to see how much longer I now have to run to burn the same calories as when I was heavier (makes sense, as I was carrying the equivalent of 2 cases of butter around with me everywhere).
