10 months ago i was quietly working in my garage, doing my usual routine 2 minutes work, 5 minutes sitting down to recover. I did not see my wife and the camera until it was too late. Of course I deleted the pic when I saw it, but modern technology can not be defeated that easily. (She had saved it in multiple places.)
That picture was a turning point, Until then I was in denial about how big I was (330lbs+) and eventualy I Joined MFP and lost weight.
If I post mine will you post yours?

This post is actually a practice ready for when I've lost 100lbs and I will post the "after pics" as well. Here goes, hope it works.

Just so you know you aren't alone, I'll post mine. My sister is notorious for capturing those most unflattering moments. I usually end up deleting or untagging every picture she puts up of me online.

My goal is to get super duper good looking enough that it won't matter how bad the angles are.

Mine wasn't a single photo as such, just that I dreaded the camera so much and cried a couple of time when my fiance put up photo's online.
Then he did the unthinkable and got me a large canvas photo for Christmas of our most recent family holiday. Its on my wall and motivates me everyday - though that wasn't the reason he gave it to me lol
