Just for today

I am starting over again: this is like my 4th week. Still going strong. I started walking/riding/whatever the Mickelson Trail today: 110 miles total length. My friend and I did 5.9 miles today=104.1 to go. Just for today I kept my goal. Tomorrow my goal is to make it to the gym tomorrow evening.
