My dad has ms. He is bed bound now. I work for a holistic dentist. And Mercury is a big deal is you have ms. Mercury fillings attack your central nervous system. Lots of my pts get mercury fillings out and get quelation done with natural path. I wish you the best. Exercising really helped my dad til he got bucked off a horse.

Thank you much, I'm trying to do strengthing and yoga until I can walk again. Im also doing clean eating.
