New To The Forum

Hi i am new to my fitness pal but it looks like a great site so i thought i'd join up and hopefully pass on some helpful hints and tips that i have learnt after 15 years of personal training experience. I currently live in East Bali after moving from Australia and i run fitness & surf adventure retreats.
One of the greatest things i love to share with people is functional training using power bands, body weight exercises and other tools that i have made up from materials good old nature provides.
