Lily's Chocolate Bars sweetened with Stevia...Beware of the Consequences

Hi All,
I recently discovered Lily's Chocolate Bars (some of you probably know about the Lily's Chocolate chips as well). Anyway, these are sweetened with Stevia so the sugar content is extremely low and seemingly a dream item for people who have chocolate cravings but need to keep the sugar low.

However, I found out the hard way that with stevia sweetened products (chocolate especially) they use inulin as a fiber additive (chicory root I guess is another name for it). Any ways, large amounts of this can lead to some serious discomfort in the stomach. GI issues and ridiculous amounts of uncomfortable gas. (I hope this isn't TMI). I did some research on this and it is I guess common with the inulin/chicory root. So I just wanted to give you all a heads up. If you buy these DEFINITELY go easy on them (like just a little nibble at a time) and don't eat too much. You will be hurting all night and all day! Hope this saves someone the day and a half of discomfort that I just had.
