Hey guys! Whenever I have a calorie deficit of 500+ per day I get freezing cold hands and feet and often wake up in the night with pins and needles all over my body. It mostly corrects itself when I eat a maintenance amount of calories.. does anyone else have this?

I don't know about the calorie deficit being a factor. I'm petite, short and never have been overweight and all my life I have been "cold blooded." Many people who've lost weight report that they get cold more easily because they've lost that insulating layer of fat.0

I get pins and needles in my fingers, but that's from a pinched nerve in my neck. However, I do find that I'm really cold most of the time. I haven't adjusted to my new body yet!0

I'm always cold anymore! I think its just as you loose your body temp changes.
Anemia also causes coldness, so make sure you're eating a balanced diet. If you're really concerned see your doctor to make sure you don't have a vitamin deficiency.0
