Hello everyone. My name is Tysle. I am here trying to get motivated to lose 10- 15 lbs. That may not sound like much to some but it is a lot for me. I really need motivation and encouragement to get me jump started. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated!!!

Yes as above, weigh your portions. I was eating almost twice as much cereal as I thought I was, oops! I took photos too of myself to compare over the weeks. Like yourself in trying to lose about 12 lbs. I started at 145 and it may not seem heavy to some but I was 112 lbs back when I was 30 so for me it's a big gain.0
