Need friends/advice/motivation/recipes/workout routines!

I'm looking for it all. I need people to help me stay motivated. I desperately want to tone up my body for the most part, and have about 40 pounds that I actually want to shed. My ultimate goal is 140 and I'm at 177 right now. I'm starting Turbo Jam beach body on Monday and will do 30 days with pictures and see how far I come with that.

I avidly work out try to 5-6 times a week and can't wait to see the results I've been dreaming of, I just need some people to keep me on the right track!
