Jawbone or fitbit flex

hi i have recently started my quest to loose weight and get back to what i used to be but i feel i could do with all the help i could get to keep on track for my goal. Even after using this app for a few days i can see a difference with that i am more aware of what im eating and excercising, with this in mind i have decided to invest in a fitness tracker as an extra boost to give me a constant reminder. I have narrowed it down to 2 but having never used anything like this coul do with some help. So my question is which is better fitbit flex or jawbone?
