Just Getting Started

I have been registered on My Fitness Pal for a while and have used it sporadically but with the arrival of spring have decided to use it regularly to support my weight loss. I have just had my 56th birthday (4th April) and with the longer days now feel motivated to feel better in my body. It is not about actual numbers for me but more a sense of feeling better about my body and being able to be more active. That having been said, I would like to lose about 5 stone.
