Hi,
I followed myfitnesspal a few years ago, and done quite well but gave up
I've since been back to SW, where I lost a little, but it wasn't a great success for me, although I believe it works, I didn't really follow the plan to the letter.
So here I am again, giving this site a try. It seems a bit different to the first time I joined.
To start with I feel breakfast is a problem for me. Cereals are so calorie laden (but easy) I am looking for some quick and easy alternatives for breakfast, perhaps even things that can be prepared the evening before and reheated.
I would appreciate any help and advise anyone can offer me.
