Feeling so low... :(

A lady at work brought some cakes from home, and I took a tiny piece.. She goes "hey, if people like you start having cakes, i can't imagine how u will become"! And that too in front of everyone..! I am feeling so low... I am 170 cms, 72 kg.. i do look fat, but not as fat as people claim I am....

I think she was joking.......it was a compliment by the sounds of it. As in, if slim people like you start eating cake..........?????
