How often should you train legs to tone? I want them lean and not to build bulk?

    Toning comes when you have low amount of bodyfat.

    "toning" has nothing to do with building muscle, but everything to do with losing enough fat for what muscle you do have to show through.

    You're a woman. You dont get huge muscles unless you're assisting yourself whilst undertaking a massive training program. "bulky" is what you get when you cover yourself with a layer of fat.

    I'd probably train legs /glutes 2-3 times a week.
