Lowering calories?!

Hi all....help needed!!!
Do I lower my calorie intake/what's a healthy calorie intake to lower them to?!
I've got to a brick wall loosing weigh wise as I've stayed the same for 3 wks or so now, how do I get over this hurdle and to my goal?!!

    We can't advise with no stats! Height, weight, activity level, amount you're currently eating. Do you weigh all your food? Do you eat back exercise calories?

    If I were you I wouldn't change anything yet anyway. 3 weeks isn't long enough to start worrying.

    Women shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories. Other than that, you haven't told us enough for us to be helpful.

    Look into your logging to see where you're going wrong. If you open up your diary, we can help with that.

    You can always up your activity instead of lowering your calorie intake
