So I just bought this DVD because I wanted something different after doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred (which I have now finished 3 times).

It's rubbish. I did cardio and legs on Saturday and it was ok, felt like I had a light-moderate workout afterwards. I did core and arms yesterday and felt like I would have burnt more calories just going for a stroll- and I don't consider myself very fit at all (I had to do a lot of the modified versions of the 30DS) but it did NOTHING.

Has anyone used this DVD? Is it just rubbish or for absolute beginners? I certainly need heavier hand weights- I only have 1.5kg which were more than enough for 30DS, but I have had to order 3kg to try.

So, comments on this DVD? Anyone really shaped up with it? Any better alternatives - I've ordered "ripped in 30", but it wont be here for at least a few days.

(also, I find Davina McCall really annoying it turns out)
