Today i stepped on the scale and i am almost back to my delivery weight of when i had my seven month old.i am in desperate need of help.my son deserves a healthy mom.

    Do you know how you reach your goals? Well first you set them!
    And you are ready to set a goal. What do you want it to be? To lose some weight until you reach a certain number on the scale? To lose some weight and feel better? Whatever you want to reach, set that as a goal.

    OK, so, you've got the goal set...how on earth do you get there?
    You get to your goals by setting and meeting objectives. Objectives need to be something that you can measure. "I am going to eat less than 1600 calories per day." At the end of the day, you ask, did I meet my objective today? The answer will be yes or no. "I am going to walk two miles on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays." Did you meet your walking objective, yes or no?

    But you can do it! Read these forums and ask questions and be honest with yourself...you can do it!
