first day, need friends and motivation!

Hi I do cycling and light weights for muscle toning 5 times a week. Looking for new friends who ha e about 1 or two stone to lose.

    Hi, I gave up smoking 6 maths ago and put on 22lbs. I have in last month lost 8lbs by counting calories, doing long walks and cycling.

    Hello there feel free to add me, after suffering a frozen shoulder and prolapsed disc I put on 2 stone, I am able to do light exercise now under the supervision of my osteopath and have stated walking again, since using this app I have lost 4lbs :smiley:
