Hello,

I learned about flexible dieting a while ago, but didn't try it out for myself until a few months back. I thought tracking my macros would be too tedious, but it's only been a week and I'm loving it so far.

I'm 28, but I look incredibly young for my age, probably because I'm very short. Some days I like being petite, other days I just want to grab things off of the shelf without using a stool. I've noticed that I am becoming less anxious in the gym and more confident with my body. My goal is to get stronger and leaner, maybe even get back into tumbling.

My personal fitness program is loosely planned. I take a couple of group classes a week. I hit upper body and lower body each twice a week. I work on core here and there. I also do bodyweight exercises at home. My goal is to get stronger and leaner, maybe even get back into tumbling. I'd like to perfect my form on squats and set a new PR.

Thanks for the read!

Welcome! I'm short too. Your fitness program sounds awesome!
