hiya quick question I got a Fitbit hr last week it synced with this ap okay but it is logging me burning average 2600cals a day and mfp is estimating 2000cals should I be changing my activity level or do I just leave it at sedimentary and let this reconfigure every day? Just making me wonder how much I should be eating

You can leave it at sedentary and just eat those calories back or raise your activity level (and your daily intake goal will change on MFP). Whatever one you prefer, personally I leave my activity level at sedentary and just eat back my exercise calories. I find it motivates me to move more when I sync my fitbit and it gives me a low amount.0
