I am 34 years old, and I weigh 561 lbs.
Well, I used to weigh around 650, and when I started tracking for real this time I started at 609, but yeah, 561. I'm pretty proud of that weight, it's the lowest I've been since 2011.
I teach music in a small school in North Dakota, and I am trying to get my size down in order to qualify for a Roux-en-Y sometime in October.
I am having some issues with a hernia, however - the more weight I lose, the more it sticks out of my belly/abdomen, and the more it hurts. Has anyone else experienced this?
