I've gotten all the parts together...diet, exercise, routine, etc. Now I just have to get it all together. My top weight is 330. I'm down, but every time I get going, life gets in the way. A friend turned me on to MyFitnessPal and I have decided that losing weight and getting healthy have to be my main focus for a while. I've allowed other parts of my life to derail me in the past, but now I am prioritizing ME and my health.
