Exercise headache

So, I'm an obese 5'3 195lbs woman. Asthmatic and ridiculously out of shape.
The elevator was taking to long so my super fit friend and I took the stairs...to reach the 10th floor.
When I reached the top I was out of breath and drenched. Now I'm back sitting at my computer with a big headache and exertion and had to use my inhaler. This was a stupid idea, but is exercise headache a thing?
Did I push too far? Should I see a doctor?

It sounds like you might have spiked your blood pressure, could also be that you haven't been drinking enough water. My suggestion would be to see your doctor for a complete physical rule out any blood pressure issues because the last thing you want to do is drop in a stairwell so while taking the stairs is great go easy on your body at the begining.0
