The 7 minute workout app challange

I downloaded yesterday the 7 minutes workout app and started today.
It contains 12 workouts for 30 seconds each with 10 secs in between. (Which you need to switch position)
As it is said to be great, I measured myself yesterday and will do the workout now every day for one month.
I know how much I lost in weight and size in the last 7 weeks so if if it is as great as they say it should show.
Due to surgery and missing strengh I am not able to do two of them (the two different push ups) I do them with a little trick. (Using a chair) But maybe by the end of the month I am able to do them as they are supposed to be done.
Anyone uses the app already or want to join in?
