motivation for exercise

I am 55 yrs old and work full time. I work in an office environment and sit for most of my day. By the time I get home in the evening and make dinner for my family, I don't feel like doing anything. Two years ago, I used to do this AND take kids to sports games.
I've never been so unmotivated!
Any suggestions on how to get moving? I am staying within my caloric count most days. I know I would be so much more successful with exercising.
