How to log in my excercise for the day

I have no idea how to log in my exercise for the day. I'm doing boot camps, strengthing, and jillian michaels 30 day shred work out video

    agreed -- no idea how to log this kind of intense cardio-toning work! I'm doing multiple reps of the 7-minute workout variations, and the closest I could find was "strength training," which can't be quite right...

    MFP uses general categories. Calorie burns are guestimates anyway.

    Circuit training is a combo of cardio & strength training....the vast majority of Jillian videos fall here.
