Does anyone have any suggestions for a good 15-20 audio, (verbal direction) for floor exercises. Yes, the kind you would get in a studio at the start or end of class. I don't want a dvd, just direction in my ear when at the gym so I don't look like an idiot trying to remember simple stretches. Is there a podcast, MP3 or something to purchase that you use that is great without a lot of preamble at the beginning.

check flow movement- they are actually videos- but once you watch them- you can just listen- there is prompting and it's not locking in with music- so you just can do it. I think it's like 30 bucks for the whole set. And you can get them on your mobile.0
