Need feedback on my plan please!

As background I am a 36 year old female starting weight 151 current weight is 125. My goal weight is when my belly is flatish. I gave birth to two 10 lb babies so I don't expect a perfect belly but I would like to lose the extra fat there if possible. I am eating about 1570 calories. TDEE -20. I walk one hour at 4.0 every other day and 30 minutes body weight on the other days. Most days I walk my son to school and back about 3 miles in all. I am going to start strong lifts soon. When I reach my belly goal I will move slowly to maintenance with 100 extra calories a day increasing every 1-2 weeks and stay at maintenance for 6 months continuing to lift and then begin a bulking cutting program. How does that sound?
