Can't do this alone

Hey there,

Okay, this is my ??? time joining MFP. I've joined, logged meals/workouts and eventually plateaued and quit. I joined and never posted. I joined and just read the community comments and success stories. Now, I'm all in and really want to succeed. I need someone to help me be accountable in my workouts and eating habits. I think my biggest hurdle is giving up my liquid libations and certain meals my husband creates (he's an awesome cook who uses all kinds of stuff that's probably adding to my expanding waist). I admit, I have very little will power when food smells are in the air. I've started this new journey by putting away the alcohol, beer and wine along w/some other spirits and replacing them with water w/fresh lemons, pure cranberry juice (yuck) and ginger tea (my favorite). So, I hope there's someone out there who is starting over again or perhaps someone whose been there and done that and can give me some critical guidance as I start this journey once again.

    Hi!! I am recommitting as well. Lost all the weight I wanted only to slack off and put the majority back on.
    I am focused to take it back off and keep it off!!
