Anyone one the 5-2 diet?

Hi guys, well, im not actually stricly following this diet however if i eat over my calorie limit or if i eat too many 'treat'/'bad' foods in one day then i do a 500 calories day the next day. i dont go over doing this more than twice a week.

i was just wondering if anyone had any breakfast, lunch, dinner ideas for 500 calories between all 3.

simple recipes using things most people would have at home would be easier more convient please.

  • Non-fat Greek yogurt (120 calories and good protein source), Kashi Cranberry Lemon bar (130 - fiber), breakfast cut pork chop seasoned with salt/pepper and non-stick pan-cooked (130 - protein), blend of dark green leafy veggies - kale, chard, spinach - and as much of it as you need to be full since it has so few calories with Maple Grove Farms of Vermont Sesame Ginger dressing, (75 calories - vitamins), 1/2 to 3/4 cup of fresh blackberries (45).
