OK so today (well tonight only) I went a tad crazy at WWE RAW....there was drink and fast food. Now the 700 Cals burnt earlier will help but I'm more concerned about the inevitable hangover munchies tomorrow. Any advice?

PS the show was great!

    You can stave off hangovers by drinking plenty of water. Alcohol is a diuretic (makes ya pee) and many hangover symptoms are apparently due to dehydration.

    I've never been properly drunk (sad I know) so I can't offer anecdotal evidence on this but extra water can't hurt right!

    When I over indulged on alcohol I will usually try to drink at least a couple glasses of water by the time I go to bed. I will also sometimes take a multivitamin and a painkiller with the last glass of water. It works for me at least

    Drink lots of water and you should be fine.

    When I have the munchies after cheating the night before, I just eat an apple. It is very satisfying, and not bad on the calorie count.

    1. It's only one day, don't worry about it. Just be good the rest of the week. I always have beer when I go to WWE events.

    Thanks guys. It was in London so a few hours earlier

    I drank loads of water and was actually OK today. I'll be within my calories which is great but not quite feeling up to a workout! Lol
