Depends what I want...
Snacks:
- pretzels for salty
- hummus
- frozen yogurt for sweet
- almond butter and celery
Meal:
- shiritaki tofu noodles and pasta sauce w/ mushrooms or a small amount of sausage
- salad with vegetables and egg w/ low-calorie dressing
- different soups are under 200 calories
- beans and a small amount of rice0 -
For a meal: 3 egg white omelet with a slice of cheese for 110-120 cal. I found a whole wheat bread that is only 40 cal a slice, so I guess you could throw two slices of toast in there with a tiny bit of jelly/butter and still be just around 200 cal total.0

Babybel mini gouda and some almonds.0

I make a huge leafy green salad with lettuce (100g), carrots..some bell pepper (25-30g each)...( total @30 cals), then mix a can of drained tuna (@100 cals) with my mayo, mustard and relish carefully measured out to whatever I cals Im working towards...about half a Tbs (@6 grams) each come to @50 cals. Then mix all of that together.
Incredibly filling and tastes yum and also easy to make...its something I tend to eat for lunch when I know Im going to have a high calorie dinner. But *very* important to use a scale and not eyeball those condiments...cause that 50 cals can turn into 150+ very easily if you are just using spoon measurements and even worse if you eyeball it.0 -

I would end up going over and plan better in the future. There's nothing on this planet for 200 calories that is going to make me feel full...that's just a tiny little snack for me.0

Whatever I feel like. It's all about serving sizes.
Current favourites are spiced potatoes with eggs, eggs with bananas and peanut butter, French toast, and humble old meat and vegetables.0 -

I agree. Don't go crazy, but eat healthy and eat a real meal. Than balance your overage with healthier choices and a bit more exercises the next day.0 -
Thanks for all the feedback. Yeah Im gonna try not to go over, I have 190 calories left for the day, I get off work at midnight, I usually eat diner after work, I walk a crap ton at work, so im starving when I get off. Dunno what I'm gonna eat to stay under 190, might end up going a little over.0

I really envy those who can be full on 200 cals.

175g of plain Greek yogurt (17g protein. 8 carbs, 0 fat)
with 140g of frozen cherries (nuked for just about 30 seconds)
and a square of chocolate while waiting for the nuker...
all came to 250 delicious calories!

I was about to say..hey thats what I do! Then I realized..I already replied and thats pretty much what I suggested. LoL I do use tuna packed in water though.
But yeah, a tuna salad on crackers is pretty darned filling while being low calorie.
