Weakness while doing Turbo Fire

hello...I'm starting week 8 tomorrow..and the last two weeks I've noticed my legs just not up to par as my usual from previous weeks. Its becoming a bit discouraging. I never had to pause or take breaks prior to this..but now I cant seem to get through 10 minutes without pausing. The only thing I could think of is food intake..and upping it.. I've been on weight watchers for two years..and just recently started using this app diligently...I upped my calorie intake and noticed a drop within a week..but not since then..(that was around week 4)..

Anyone else experience something like this??
