This past weekend I went out with some friends and they convinced me to do what I've always avoided...wearing a body-con dress. I never thought I would be wearing one, let alone feel confident in it! It's amazing what just 5 months and 35 lbs can change. I still have a lot further to go but want to keep those who haven't seen changes yet motivated. Your time will come!
