I am trying to lose 40lbs or so.. i have lack of motivation and i need some advice on how to fix that

You have to want it bad enough to make a life style change. It is not easy, and it will not be easy. Start being more active and log EVERY THING that goes in your mouth. You will see a difference, but it will be slow. Good luck! You just have to be stubborn enough to not give up!0
