Long way from barely walking a mile

A year ago I could barely walk a mile. Just ran my second 5K in 28 minutes and 28 seconds. I'll take that as a win.

Great going man! I'm hoping to emulate this, before I couldn't walk up the stairs without getting hopelessly out of breath and now I'll be doing the Color Vibe 5K like you in June!0
