    finished mine - I'm now on the maintenance journey

    but wanted to say welcome, you can do it (from a former chronically lazy and overweight mum of 2)

    just commit to yourself. Eat to your calorie defecit, move more, lift heavy things and put them down again

    Yes me too - add me. I've already lost 35lbs, got 57lbs more to go - really want to get there by the end of the year! It's a tough, but we can do it!

    Hi all. I'm new to this. I've 30lb to loose and lack motivation. So here I am. Today is the day I kick myself in to gear and start shifting them unwanted pounds one at a time. Feel free to add me and we can help each other aping this journey. :) .

    I'm about half way. I had just a little over 50 to lose and I have 24 left to go. I've recently had to refind my drive to lose the rest.
