balancing calories

Does anyone else use the weekly calorie thing on the app rather than daily? I still try and meet my daily goals but occasionally go all out on a takeaway or just have a day where I've done a lot of exercise and physically can't eat enough to bump up the calories but as long as the last 7 days average out to my daily goal then I'm not too fussed.

I do. I am maintaining, but tend to always go over my maintanance calories on the weekend, so I eat less during the week, and look at my total calories for the week instead.0
