injured my hip.. need help with new work out!

Not sure how I did it.. but every time I try to do any work out it just hurts alot.. any ideas on some work out a I can do so I can keep to my goal and not lose track!

My sis has this problem a lot after her second kid, she sees a chiropractor and he has recommended YOGA and SWIMMING. Do you live near a pool?0

I hear water aerobics is good

I use this routine when my hips are really hurting. The routine usually has me in tears while doing it, but after a week my hips start to feel so much better during every day life and during other workouts. I need to get back into doing this one more often0
