Maintaining and changes

Hi all,
So, on Spetember 11th 2014, I started a diet with a weight of 84 kilos. My height is 170. I continued with the diet until March 11, 2015 and I was 59 kilos. But then I stopped the diet with trying to maintain and I now weight 63 kilos. However, this new weight is making me really depressed. I feel like I have gained all 20 kilos I lost back. I joined the gym the day I stopped the diet. I now feel uncomfortable again with my body but when I was 59 I faced health issues. I don't know how to maintain and how to convince myself about the new weight. I would really appreciate any maintaining tips or how to deal with the body image issue once stopping the diet.
Thanks

Try to not look so much at the number on the scale. It takes time for you and your body to find the sweet spot were you maintain. Heavy lifting also helps with achieving a fit body while beeing in the healthy weight catagorie. By the way you look great, so no need to feel depressed about you body.0
