Hi everybody Im 31 a mama of 3. Im on a journey to lose 50lbs Ive been the same weight for over 5 years my current weight is 230 and Im only 5 ft tall I dont want any health issues so I decided to jump on the ball now. In the past Ive lost a few pounds here and there but aleays put it back. I have a lot of work ahead of me but I would love to have a solid support group to help me kick off this weight for good I would love to be your motivater as well so add me if you like "lets do this"

    Hi! I am also 31 and a mom of a 9 year old daughter. Before pregnancy I was 160 pounds, after that I have stayed in 229. Tried so many times to loose those extra pounds. In 2010 got to 214 pounds but gained it all again. I read an article about a young mom shedding 114 pounds because her 2 year old inspired, and read she was using this app. So here I am trying it out. I read your intro and saw we're the same age and both have kids. I hope we can help each other to motivate and not loose hope. Hope to hear from you soon! :-)
