Trendweight always higher than actual weight?

I've been tracking on trendweight for about 3-4 weeks now. I lose weight at a steady pace, but I do maintain for a few days so I thought this would ease my mind during those times of 'gain' or maintaining. But trendweight is always saying my 'actual' weight is 2-3 pounds heavier than what the scale says. Which is annoying. Why is this? Any of you have this happen too? Does it everrr catch up lol. I'll link my chart below.

If a trend is always flat or declining, the trend is always going to be higher than the actual.

If a trend is always flat or increasing, the trend is always going to be lower than the actual.

The trend won't have a chance "catch up" until there is an inflection point.

That's the reason I no longer use trendweight - it was just too far off to do me any good.

I use the Libra app on my phone. I love it.
