I use Jaybird Freedom Sprint bluetooth. They have "wings" that can be used to keep them in place. The only downside is that the bluetooth antenna is on the right earbud and does not connect well if I have my phone on my left side. But that is also partly because I'm too big (around) for the signal to travel.

I have Jaybirds. Bluetooth. Best investment I made that year.

This. Jaybird Blue Buds. A bit pricey, but the work great for me at the gym where I do HIIT jump rope and sweat like a fish. They won't come out (once you swap the stock tips with ones from Comply.

I use a single bluetooth earbud in one ear. I can receive and make calls, listen to music or podcasts, but it stays in place and one ear is wide open for hearing danger.

I do this too. Mine are http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00RDJAJ3Y/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Pretty affordable, wireless (I love) and I can jump music, control volume, take a call, handle the dog, all that.
