Hello out there! My name is Sandy and I live in Eastern PA...I am looking for a weight loss buddy to help keep me accountable! ( and also a new friend to chat with :) ) I do fabulous during the week with my eating but once Friday night rolls around the tracking stops and the wine starts to flow...

I am going to start exercising...probably just walking at first - I have never been much of an exercise person but I have tried different routines which I start wholeheartedly and usually give up within 2 weeks... :(

I am looking for someone who would like to help me on this journey and I'll help motivate as well...I am 47 years old and this is now going to be a lifestyle change for me - NOT A DIET!
