Changing Daily Caloric Limit Manually

using the exrx caloric requirement calculator I get for my BMR roughly what MFP uses for my daily goal. Based on the calculations there and on other sites I consistently see the caloric requirements totaling closer to 2800 calories +/- 5%. Is there a way to modify the calorie settings in MFP manually to increase from the 2300 I have today to the 2800 I am seeing calculated everywhere else? Thanks!

If you're going to up your calorie requirements be sure to weigh yourself at least once each week for awhile to validate that you're actually losing weight at the expected rate.0

Subtract 1 lb per week from your target loss and you get 500 more cals0
